Our mission is to provide communities, regardless of their resources, with access to qualified instructor-led courses that leverage the benefits of applied neuroscience and mindfulness practices to improve quality of life; encourage diversity and inclusion while mentoring teachers within these communities and contribute valuable research to the study of mindfulness.

SCIENCE

Our mind and body are intimately connected and understanding these processes deepens engagement in neurorestorative practices.

PRACTICE

We teach engaging exercises easily woven into daily life. Teaching how to train their neural pathways to develop positive habits to benefit their overall health and wellness.

EXTENSION

We feel reflection of self is the first step of mindfulness not the last. Extension of self is paramount – “gratitude, generosity, compassion, and kindness.” Mindfulness is about a way of being; it is someone you become not something you do. One cannot look at the practice without understanding our connection to others, how it affects our overall health and wellness as well as our influence on society and the world.
